A: Yes. All of our crews are sub-contractors.  They must carry their own General Liability Insurance and supply their own vehicles and equipment.

A: UHR makes every effort to complete Property Preservation work orders within 48 hours after approval.  All re-keys are done within 24 hours of assignment.

Q: Does UHR provide Inspection Service?

A: Not at this time.
